Privacy Policy

On this page
Global Tour Creatives ("GTC," "we," "us") is a creative and advertising agency for live entertainment tours. We are based in Los Angeles, California. This policy describes how we handle personal information when you use our public website, our client portal GTC Force, our contact form, or an email or text-message sign-up that we operate for a client event. It also describes our Google Ads and Meta advertising integrations.
If a contract with a client says something different about information that client gives us in order to do the work, that contract applies to that engagement. This policy still describes the website, GTC Force, event sign-ups we operate, and the advertising tools below.
Information we collect
Website. When you browse globaltourcreatives.com, our servers and tools may receive your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you open, the date and time, and the site that referred you.
Contact form. The form on our website asks for your full name, email address, and message. Before a message can be sent, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. We use what you send to read your message and reply.
GTC Force. GTC Force is our client portal. If you have an account, we collect the information needed to run it: your name, email address, login details, the organization you work with, your role, orders and project details, files and briefs you upload, billing and invoice information, and messages you send through the portal. We also keep basic records of sign-ins and account activity so we can secure the portal and support your account.
Cookies and analytics. We use cookies and similar technologies on the website and in GTC Force.
- The portal uses a session cookie so you can stay signed in.
- The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which may set a cookie to complete its check.
- The website uses Google Tag Manager. Through Tag Manager we measure how the site is used, including pages viewed and general device and location information. Those tools may set their own cookies.
You can control cookies in your browser. If you block cookies, the portal may not keep you signed in, and parts of the site may not work as intended.
Email and text-message sign-ups. For some client events, GTC operates the sign-up. If you join one of those lists, we collect what the form asks for. That may include your name, email address, mobile number, and the event, artist, or list you asked to hear about. We use that information to send the emails or text messages you signed up for, and to run the list, including opt-outs and delivery records.
Message frequency varies by event. Message and data rates may apply to text messages. You can leave an email list with the unsubscribe link in an email. You can stop text messages by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for help. We may share sign-up information with the client whose event it is, so they can carry out the communications you requested. You do not need to join a list to use the public website.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Reply to contact-form messages and other inquiries
- Provide the creative, production, and related services a client asks us for
- Run GTC Force, including accounts, orders, files, and billing
- Send event emails or text messages you signed up for
- Keep the website and portal secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems
- Understand how the website is used, and improve it
- Keep records we need for accounting, tax, and our contracts
- Comply with the law
Where European data-protection law requires a legal reason, we rely on one or more of the following: performing a contract with you or your organization; our legitimate interests in answering inquiries, running and securing the business, and understanding how the site is used; your consent, including for an event email or text sign-up; and a legal duty to keep certain records. You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that has already happened.
We do not sell personal information
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not let other companies use information from our website or from GTC Force for their own independent marketing.
Google Ads and Meta API integrations
GTC uses internal tools that connect to the Google Ads API and to Meta's advertising APIs. Those connections only read advertising performance data from GTC's own ad accounts. We use that data to see how GTC's own advertising is performing.
GTC's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In practice, that means:
- We use Google API data only to provide and improve the reporting features of these internal tools.
- We do not sell Google API data.
- We do not use it to serve advertisements, including retargeting, personalized advertising, or interest-based advertising.
- We do not use it to train generalized machine-learning or artificial intelligence models.
- We do not allow people to read it unless that is needed to provide or secure the tool, to comply with the law, or the data has been aggregated and no longer identifies a person.
- We transfer it only as the Limited Use rules allow. Examples are a provider that hosts the tool for us, a transfer for security, a transfer to comply with the law, or a transfer as part of a merger where notice is required.
The Meta connection is limited in the same way. It only reads advertising performance data for GTC's own ad accounts, and we use it only for that reporting. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to build profiles of consumers for anyone else.
These integrations do not give GTC access to the private Google or Meta accounts of people who visit this website.
Service providers
We use other companies to host the website and portal, deliver email and text messages, process payments, store files, measure site traffic, and protect the site from abuse. That includes Google Tag Manager and Cloudflare. They may process personal information only so they can provide their service to us. We do not authorize them to sell it.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the reason we collected it. That includes the life of a client project and any longer period a contract, an invoice, or the law requires. Contact-form messages are kept long enough to respond and to keep a record of the conversation. Records from an event sign-up are kept for the campaign they belong to and for a reasonable period after it ends, unless you ask us to delete them sooner and we are not required to keep them. When we no longer need information, we delete it or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls on GTC Force. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. If you believe your portal account has been misused, email info@globaltourcreatives.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us for access to your personal information, a correction, or deletion, and you can object to or restrict certain uses. Email info@globaltourcreatives.com to make a request. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you. Where the law allows it, an authorized agent may submit a request for you. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
European Economic Area, Ireland, and the United Kingdom. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the rights provided by the GDPR and, in the United Kingdom, the UK GDPR. Those rights include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and a portable copy of information you provided to us. You may also complain to a supervisory authority. If you are in Ireland, that authority is the Data Protection Commission (www.dataprotection.ie). If you are elsewhere in the European Economic Area, or in the United Kingdom, you may contact your local authority.
California. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to:
- Know the personal information we collect, use, and disclose
- Ask us to delete personal information, subject to exceptions the law allows
- Ask us to correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and provide a way to opt out.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
The categories we collect are the ones described in this policy: identifiers such as name and email address; commercial information such as orders and invoices; internet or network activity such as pages viewed on our site; professional information related to your work with us; and files you upload to the portal. We collect event sign-up details only if you join a list we operate. We disclose these categories to service providers for the purposes in this policy and, for an event sign-up, to the client whose event it is.
We respond to a California request within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why and may take one further period of up to 45 days, as the law allows.
Children
The website and GTC Force are for businesses and for adults working on live tours. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have, email info@globaltourcreatives.com and we will delete it.
Where we process information
We are based in the United States, and we process information in the United States. If you contact us or use GTC Force from another country, your information is processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from the laws where you live.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Please check this page from time to time.
